By using Trace City™, you agree to these Terms of Use. They describe responsible participation in a discovery experience played in real physical environments.
PLAY RESPONSIBLY
Players are responsible for account activity, accurate submissions, and following gameplay rules. Do not cheat, manipulate progress or leaderboards, submit misleading proof, abuse events or competitions, or interfere with others’ use of Trace City. Events, challenges, prizes, rewards, purchases, and refunds may be subject to additional terms when offered.
THE REAL WORLD COMES FIRST
Obey laws, respect private property, avoid trespassing, remain aware of traffic, follow posted rules, use reasonable judgment, and prioritize personal safety over gameplay. Gameplay instructions never override real-world laws, property restrictions, safety instructions, or emergency situations.
SERVICE, CONTENT, AND CHANGES
Trace City and its content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Third-party locations and services remain subject to their own rules. Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse. The service may change, and these terms may be updated. Trace City is provided as available, and participation is at the player’s own risk to the extent permitted by applicable law.
